So long, eighteen.

Where in the world did the eighteenth year of my life go? People always said that once you graduate, time flies by.... truth. 18 was good to me.

Here are the top 18 things I learned this year:
1. Everything happens for a reason.
2. I am a strong person, and being happy is important to me.
3. When we embrace change, we become stronger.
4. Sometimes there is nothing better than having girls night- every night!
5. My family is the greatest.
6. The people who are important in life will always be in my life.
7. You have to do homework in college?!
8. Good-byes are the worst.
9. Jourd and I truly have the exact same life.
10. People are placed in our lives to help us on our journey.
11. Patience.
12. Following your heart is always the right answer.
13. The more people I grow to care about, the more room my heart seems to have to fit them all in :)
14. It's okay to have days with nothing going on. Those days are cherished.
15. Embrace the life I am living every single day.
16. My Mom is the most incredible person alive.
17. Trust in the timing of the Lord.
18. Everything works out in the end. Happiness is always found in living righteously.

Here are the 18 most eventful things that happened to me:
1. I graduated from Bingham High School.
2. I worked three jobs last summer.
3. I moved out!!
4. I completed my freshman year at BYU.
5. I became Miss South Jordan.
6. I said good-bye to my three best friends (and many other friends) as they left on their missions.

Just some pictures from my happiest 19th birthday.

Just my girls. I love them!

Oh really... my mom stole my sweater, and then there
were pictures of me in it everywhere that night :)

Cute yaylor!!
Eighteen was good to me! I learned so much- more than I had in the previous seventeen years combined. I am so grateful for my incredible family and friends that are always such a huge support to me. Bring on 19 :)
